“I wrote and recorded this little EP the summer after my first year of college (2005), determined to continue on with the pace I had maintained recording during high school. This EP contains reflections on crisis points I had experienced in the past year – sense of purpose, ongoing stifled love interest, faith, and my grandmother’s passing on. The two “halves” are fairly distinct, the first half being far more experimental in production, the second half being a simpler less fettered musical statement.” – Sam
